Join us this Autumn for a Botanical Illustration Workshop, taught by award winning Artist, Sarah Jane Humphrey at the fabulous New Yard Restaurant, in Cornwall. This rather special workshop is a gentle introduction to observational drawing and botanical watercolours.

It’ll begin with a study of the harvested fruits and vegetables from the walled garden. Followed by step-by-step demonstrations, you’ll learn how to make accurate colour studies and charts. Then following these painting techniques you’ll bring your very own watercolour illustration to life.

Each ticket includes tuition, a hot drink, delicious sweet treats from the pantry and your own finished watercolour illustration to take home.

The workshop is from 10am - 12pm. All levels of experience welcome and all materials will be provided.
